About the Role

Sauber is a growing cleaning company serving short-term rental and residential clients in Athens and surrounding counties. We're building a team of reliable, detail-oriented cleaners — and we want Sauber to be the best place to work in this industry, not just another cleaning job.

• Cleaning short-term rental turnovers and/or residential homes, depending on availability
• Jobs are scheduled in advance, so you'll know your workload ahead of time
• Flexible scheduling — pick up the jobs that work for your availability (must be able to work 1 Sunday per month)
• Work independently or as part of a small team, depending on the job

• Someone detail-oriented who takes pride in a job done well, not just done fast
• Reliable and punctual — clients (and our reputation) depend on it
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting supplies, etc.)
• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — a strong work ethic matters more than a resume
• Trustworthy — you'll often be alone in clients' homes

• Starting pay: $18–22/hr
• Weekly pay
• Guaranteed $2/hr raise after 6 months
• Paid time off (PTO) begins after 6 months
• Retention bonuses: $100 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days, $500 at 6 months, $1,000 at 1 year
• Referral bonus: $250 when you refer someone who joins the team and stays 90 days
• We provide all cleaning supplies
• Mileage and gas reimbursement between back-to-back jobs
• Everyone starts as a 1099 independent contractor, with the option to transition to W2 or remain 1099 after 6 months
• Tips can be earned: every client is asked to leave a review and has the option to tip their cleaner

• Must be able to work 1 Sunday per month
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

All team members must be able to pass a background check before working in clients' homes.
